360 Recruitment are currently assisting a national residential developer in their search for an Assistant Site Manager near Coventry.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on new build residential schemes in a similar role.
Job role: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience) + company car/car allowance
Assistant Site Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee site activities and subcontractors to meet deadlines, budget, and quality expectations.
Ensure all inspections comply with company quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with external parties (e.g., warranty providers, local authorities, utilities) to maintain build progress.
Keep accurate records, including inductions, HSE documentation, timesheets, incidents, and quality checks.
Manage timely ordering, checking, and storage of materials per company guidelines.
Collaborate with departments like Sales and Customer Care to meet targets and resolve issues quickly.
Enforce Group Health, Safety, and Environment policies for all site personnel and visitors.Assistant Site Manager Skills/Knowledge/Requirements:
New build residential project experience.
Full UK Driving License.
