Job description

A well-established building and maintenance services provider is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This position plays a key role in producing accurate cost estimates across a range of commercial, residential, and industrial works.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Prepare clear, detailed, and competitive cost estimates
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing and project information
Conduct site visits as required to assess project scope
Assist with tender submissions and value engineering proposals
Track costs and update estimates as project scopes evolveRequirements:

Previous estimating experience in building, construction, or maintenance sectors
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
