£50,000-£65,000 + package

Looking to join a Tier 1 contractor with big plans and an established pipeline across London? A commercial team within one of the UK's most respected contractors is expanding – and they're looking for a Quantity Surveyor ready to grow alongside them.

You'll be joining a collaborative, experienced team with strong leadership in place, delivering a range of high-quality schemes across the capital. If you've got a background in 2-stage tenders and want more exposure and responsibility, this is a great opportunity to step up.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage procurement, variations, valuations and cost reporting on live projects
Support Senior QS and Commercial Managers on larger projects
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure contractual compliance
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure cost control across packages
Prepare accurate commercial reports and forecastsRequirements

Main contractor experience in the UK
Good understanding of 2-stage tender processes
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
Based in or commutable to central LondonBenefits
