£75,000-£85,000 + package

Are you an experience Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenging in a forward thinking business? My leading Tier 1 main contractor is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to help drive one of their major London projects forward. With a well-established commercial structure, strong leadership and a healthy pipeline of work, this is a great place to take your next step.
You'll be joining a contractor known for delivering complex, high-value schemes across multiple sectors. The focus here is on quality, consistency, and long-term success – both for the business and the people within it.
Duties and Responsibilities

Lead commercial delivery of a major London project from pre-construction through to final account
Manage procurement, cost planning, and forecasting across all project phases
Oversee subcontractor performance, valuations, and variations
Provide commercial leadership to junior team members and liaise with senior stakeholders
Ensure full contract compliance and manage commercial risk effectively
Requirements

Senior Quantity Surveyor experience with a main contractor
Proven background in 2-stage tendering
Comfortable leading commercial aspects of high-value construction projects
Strong negotiation, reporting and stakeholder management skills
Based in or around London (or able to commute to sites/head office in London)
