Job Title: Site Manager

Salary & Benefits: £50,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance

Project Overview:

New build warehouse project 

Refurbishment of an existing warehouse

All projects are large-format builds, each exceeding £1 million in value

Key Requirements:

Previous experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects, preferably in industrial or warehouse sectors

Capable of managing end-to-end site operations, subcontractors, health & safety, and delivery within budget and programme

Background in handling high-value construction projects (£1m+)

Confident liaising with clients, consultants, and project teams

Qualifications:

CSCS (Black Card) – essential

NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management – required

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

First Aid at Work

Asbestos Awareness
