Estimator

Estimator – Berkshire – Up to £45,000

I’m working with a well-established construction company who are looking to appoint an Estimator to join their team based in Berkshire.

This is a full-time role offering up to £45,000, depending on experience.

The Role:
You will be responsible for all duties associated with estimating, including:

Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects

*

Analysing drawings, specifications, and other documentation

*

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing

*

Supporting the commercial and project teams to ensure smooth delivery

*

Attending site visits as required

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a construction or related estimating role

*

Strong numerical and analytical skills

*

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents

*

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

*

Full UK driving licence
