A forward-thinking D&B fit-out specialist is looking for a driven Project Manager to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B commercial office spaces, they thrive on repeat business, direct client introductions, and negotiated contracts – no cold pitching, no endless tenders.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading high-spec CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects across London
Running projects from pre-con through to delivery (Microsoft Projects used)
Working directly with end clients, estate agents, and internal design teams
Collaborating with trusted freelancers and in-house PMs
Managing budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and client relationships
What We're Looking For:

Strong background in CAT A & B office fit-outs
Confident running jobs from start to finish
Ideally experience working with D&B contractors
A team player who gets stuck in – personality and banter matter
Able to work flexibly and independently, with a results-driven mindset
