An established and design-driven architectural practice in Northampton is seeking a Newly Qualified Architect (RIBA Part 3) to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for a recently qualified professional eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning residential, commercial, and educational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to final delivery.
Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software tools.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure all project requirements are met seamlessly.
Visit and inspect sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
Integrate sustainable and innovative solutions into project designs.
Stay up to date with industry trends, building regulations, and architectural best practices.
Prepare engaging presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills:

A recent qualification in Architecture, including successful completion of RIBA Part 3.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods.
Exceptional design and visualization skills, with acute attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
Proven ability to manage time effectively, handling multiple projects concurrently.
