The role of the Estimator – Bespoke Joinery & Metalwork will involve:

* Sales & Estimating Manager position dealing with a range of bespoke joinery and metalwork for shopfitting projects

* Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations

* Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers

* Producing formal quotations to customers

* Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines

* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

* Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information

* Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers

* Working on projects ranging in value from £20k up to £2m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Bespoke Joinery & Metalwork with:

* Must have estimating experience within the joinery or metalwork

* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Good team player who also works well individually
