Design Coordinator

The role you’d be taking on;

Based between 2 £multi-million projects based in central Manchester, 1 new build and 1 a commercial refurbishment scheme.

You’ll be joining the schemes in their preconstruction phases where you’ll help set things up to give yourselves the best chance of success through project delivery. The schemes will both start on site later this year.

What you’ll need to succeed;

They would like to recruit an experienced Design Coordinator/Assistant Design Manager or similar, with a track record of working in a similar role for a building contractor.

You will be based in or be able to commute to their office and sites in Greater Manchester.

Who you’ll be working with;

The Manchester Office of a leading Building Contractor who are well established in the North West, are really strong financially with £Hundreds of Millions in the bank, a great pipeline of projects and are active in a number of market sectors including; commercial, multi storey residential, education, higher education,  health, leisure and industrial.

They procure work through many of the key North-West and national public-sector frameworks and also work with a number of private sector developers.

They are not driven by turnover growth and are selective in the work they take on
