Foreman and Groundworkers

Job Title: Foreman & Groundworker Gang

Location: Dartford, Kent

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: August

Rate: £240 per day Foreman rate and £180 per day Groundworkers rate

We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman and reliable Groundworker Gang for a busy site in Dartford.

The ideal gang will consist of:

1 x Working Foreman (with SSSTS)

2–3 x Skilled Groundworkers (confident in all aspects, including deep drainage, kerbing, slabbing, and finishing works)

Requirements:

All operatives must hold valid CSCS cards

Foreman must have SSSTS

Previous experience working together as a gang

Own tools and transport preferred

References required

Responsibilities:

Overseeing and working alongside the groundworks team

Ensuring H&S standards are upheld on site

Groundworks including drainage, foundations, ducting, and finishing works

Communicating effectively with site management
