The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee the refurbishment and repair of empty properties. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll lead operational teams to achieve high standards, improve efficiency, and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and motivate teams to deliver quality outcomes

* Manage the day-to-day refurbishment and repair of void (empty) properties

* Ensure work is completed to programme, within budget and to high standards

* Identify and implement process improvements and cost efficiencies

* Promote a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement

* Liaise effectively with internal teams, tenants and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

* Strong background in construction, property maintenance, or similar field

* Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a busy environment

* Confident problem-solver able to challenge existing practices and drive change

* Excellent communication, decision-making and people-management skills

* Full clean manual UK driving licence – essential

* Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office and Excel

* Qualified craft/trade background – preferred

* SSSTS/SMSTS – desirable

* IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications – desirable

Essential Qualifications & Experience

* NVQ Level 3 in Construction (or equivalent)

* Experience managing void properties and supervising trades teams

* Good understanding of health & safety regulations and tenant liaison
