Quantity Surveyor

Location: Marylebone, London
Salary: £55k – £65k
Type: Cut & Carve Refurb | Grade II Listed | Office-Based
An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required to support the commercial delivery of a cut and carve refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Marylebone.
You’ll be responsible for subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost reporting, and managing variations on a complex heritage scheme, working closely with an experienced commercial team.
Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role

Background in refurbishment or heritage projects preferred
*
Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
