Project Manager

Central London – £90,000–£100,000 + Package

We’re recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and residential schemes across Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to lead a major development from early delivery stages through to completion.

For this Project Manager role, the successful candidate will need a background in general construction, ideally within RC frame and fit-out, and a proven track record delivering high-value projects with a main contractor.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

* Manage full project delivery on site from pre-construction to handover

* Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet deadlines and budgets

* Prepare, monitor, and update project plans and progress reports

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety and quality standards

* Conduct regular site meetings with clients and design teams

* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project milestones are achieved

* Represent the company professionally at all stages of the build

✅ Requirements for this Project Manager role:

* 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the UK construction sector

* Main contracting background is essential

* Strong knowledge of RC frame and internal fit-out

* Proven leadership and communication skills

* Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and site procedures

* A construction-related qualification or degree preferred

* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
