Simon Acres Group are working with a well-established, independent manufacturer seeking an Office Admin Support to join their friendly team at a showroom in Northamptonshire area.
Full-time | Permanent
Paying up to £30,000 DOE
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday | half day
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing stock control, processing goods in/out, and ensuring accurate order management.
* Liaising with clients and installers regarding deliveries, requirements, and site expectations.
* Coordinating purchasing, receiving deliveries, and organising warehouse storage.
* Assisting fitters with technical queries and arranging site deliveries.
* Generating quotations for the customers.
* Other admin duties.
Ideal Applicant:
* KBB industry knowledge or previous experience designing kitchens.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Experienced in stock control, order management, or logistics.
* Confident in liaising with suppliers, clients, and installers.
* Comfortable with manual handling of large kitchen items.
