You’ll be involved in the commercial management of works ranging from bespoke controls installations to close-control environments and multi-system air conditioning upgrades. Expect to assist with estimating, procurement, valuations, cost reporting, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.

What you’ll need

Ideally some prior experience in Quantity Surveying or construction cost management – internships, placements, or similar.
*
A relevant qualification or working towards one (HNC/HND/Degree).
*
A proactive, organised approach to managing multiple small projects.
*
Confidence communicating with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
*
A desire to learn and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
