Junior Contracts Manager

About the Role:

As a Junior Construction Manager, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across commercial, retail, and residential sectors. Working closely with senior site and project managers, you'll be involved in planning, site coordination, subcontractor management, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day site operations

Coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensuring high standards of workmanship

*

Monitor site health & safety compliance

*

Track progress, materials, and schedules

*

Support quality assurance and client handovers

*

Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members

What We're Looking For:

*

Hands-on experience in carpentry or general trades (essential)

*

5 years experience in a site-based or supervisory role (fit-out/refurb preferred)

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Eagerness to learn and grow in a leadership role

*

SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS card preferred

*

A background in Carpentry is advantageous
