Job Advert – Site Manager (Day Rate: £230–£260) We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead an 8-week refurb and fit-out project on student accommodation, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas.

Key Details:

* Duration: 8 weeks

* Start: Immediate

* Location: Nottingham

* Rate: £230–£260 per day (DOE)

* Hours: Monday to Friday

Requirements:

* Strong background in refurbishment and fit-out

* Trade background essential – joinery experience preferred

* Proven ability to manage trades, programme, and site safety

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required
