Senior Planner – Top 10 Contactor

Senior Planner – a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Planner to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Planner to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £100m.

The initial projects include MOD and MOJ contracts ranging from £20m – £60m under long-term framework agreements.

Requirements:
– Experience working as a Planner / Senior Planner
– Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
– Good working knowledge of ASTA or MS Project
– Experience on projects from £5m+

Key Duties:
– Tender and construction phase planning
– Working on projects from £5m – £100m
– Identifying opportunities & risks
– Using ASTA Power Project

Salary & Package:
– Great basic salary of £65,000 – £70,000 (DOE)
– Company car or allowance (£6,000)
– Performance related bonus
– Pension & Healthcare

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Planner delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £10m+
