Site Manager Housing

Blue Water Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager on a busy Housing project.

Starting immediately for a weeks work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operations on site, ensuring the project progresses to plan.

*

Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislations.

*

Coordinating contractors, supervising workers and managing materials.

*

Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

Requirements:

* Black CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid

* Experience on Housing Projects

* Willing to work Umbrella (due to Client)
