Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services Engineering / HVAC

We are looking for a Project Manager to work under a Program Manager and support the ongoing program of builds for datacentre projects.

Applicants must have a mechanical bias and project engineering background in building services engineering.

Project Engineering for prefabricated plant room projects for data centres on behalf of global blue-chip clients
Planning and scheduling material, labour, capacity to fit lead times
Keeping a close view of designs and occasionally designing
Planning and programming work from time of order to delivery
Scheduling and coordinating; design, manufacturing, delivery and hand over
Monday – Friday, early finish FridayRequirements

HNC/degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Likely to have worked in a M&E/HVAC contractor
Building services experience as Project engineer, project manager
Plant room knowledge beneficial
Organised and clear communicatorPackage

£60K – £65K
