Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading residential development project based in South West London. This is a short-term contract role (approx. 3 months), with an immediate start available.

Project Overview:

70-unit residential development

RC frame construction

Role focused on taking units from 1st fix through to handover to the Finishing Managers

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring works progress in line with programme and deadlines

Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety on site at all times

Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow

Report on site progress and liaise with senior management

Support the Finishing Managers with handover preparation

Requirements:

Valid CSCS and SMSTS qualifications (must be up to date)

Proven track record with main contractors or developers on large-scale RC frame housing schemes

Strong organisational skills and the ability to drive progress on site

Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision

Location: South West London

Contract Length: Approx. 3 months

Start Date: Immediate

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with weekend work available

Rate: £300pd
