An exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join regional Main Contractor in the Warwickshire area. My client has a diversified workload in the public, regulated and private sectors.

£10 million turnover
Projects ranging from £100,000 – £5 million covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & Car Showrooms.

As an Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is:
Creating and understanding specifications, building relationships with clients, pricing form data and proposing these to clients, reporting and working closely with the Director.

Estimator Experience:
Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.
Understanding and creating specifications.
Excellent Construction industry knowledge.
Great technical knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
