An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a major refurbishment and conversion project in Central London. The development involves transforming a listed building into high-end commercial office space.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary up to £65,000, along with a strong benefits package.

🏗️ The Role:

Oversee all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, to programme, and within quality standards
Coordinate trades and subcontractors throughout the refurbishment phase
Maintain a strict focus on Health & Safety compliance
Work closely with the project and commercial teams to manage site progress
Report regularly on project milestones and site conditions✅ Requirements:

Up-to-date CSCS card and SMSTS certification
Proven experience delivering refurbishment and fit-out schemes, ideally involving listed buildings
Background working with a main contractor on complex central London projects
Strong communication and site management skills
A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a commitment to excellence💼 Package:
