Quantity Surveyor – Maintenance

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a background in Refurbishments & Planned Maintenance?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partenered with one of the largest Property Services contractors in the UK, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the day to day commercial aspects of one or more Planned Maintenance contracts within the region.

What are we looking for?

* Solid QS experience with either a regional or national Main Contractor.

* Prior experience of delivering Planned Maintenance / Refurbishment projects.

* Innovative mindset, finding new ways to do things better!

* A valid driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

* To ensure optimum commercial return is achieved for the project.

* Prepare the cost / value reconciliation reports accurately.

* Maintain control of sub contractor's accounts and minimise the cost of any variations.

* Prepare turnover cash flow forecasts as directed by line manager at the commencement of all projects, updating as required and recording actual valuation achieved against forecast.
