Their Leeds office is growing its building surveying team off the back of consistent project wins, and they're looking for someone sharp, commercially switched-on, and ready to take more control over client relationships.
You'll work with an impressive client list across a variety of commercial instructions:

Contract Admin
Technical Due Diligence
Dilapidations
Building Pathology
Broad-spectrum professional building surveying
About You

MRICS Chartered Status (or nearly there)
Solid commercial sector experience
Confident report writer and communicator – clients need straight, accurate advice
A genuine interest in developing client relationships, not just delivering the technical work
Ambition – the business is set up for people who want to progress
Package

Basic £55k – £65k
Car allowance
