Job Title: Multi-Skilled Tradesmen (x2) – West Midlands
Location: West Midlands (various sites)
Contract: Full-time (CIS preferred)
Start Date: Approx. 2–3 weeks

Our client is a dynamic and expanding construction firm delivering high-quality residential development projects across the West Midlands. As they continue to grow, they are looking to strengthen their team with two skilled and adaptable Multitraders.

The Roles:
We are recruiting for two full-time Multi-Skilled Tradesmen, each bringing their own core specialism while being confident in a broad range of tasks:
Multitrader 1: Electrician bias – ideally with experience or qualifications in electrical work.
Multitrader 2: Plasterer/Decorator bias – comfortable with finishing work and high standards of presentation.Both roles require flexibility and a willingness to carry out a variety of site tasks including:
Tiling
Basic construction and carpentry
Snagging and finishing work
General support across residential build projects
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a multitrader in residential construction
Strong work ethic and a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to take on a variety of tasks outside your core trade
Based in or able to travel within the West Midlands
CIS registration preferred
