Key Responsibilities

* Project Leadership: Oversee project planning, scheduling, budget, and quality control.

* Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships.

* Team Management: Lead and develop multi-disciplined project teams.

* EHS & Quality: Ensure stringent adherence to environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.

* Reporting: Provide comprehensive project updates and financial controls.

What You'll Bring

* 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or strong trades background.

* Essential experience in Substations, High Voltage, and Medium Voltage projects.

* Strong professional acumen and IT skills.

* Proven ability to manage diverse project teams.

* Willingness to travel (Glasgow to greater London area).

* Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
