Position: Tekla Detailer / Draughtsperson

Location: West Midlands
Salary: Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)

We're excited to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and trusted name in the UK's structural and architectural steelwork industry. Based in the West Midlands and known for delivering high-quality bespoke steel solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential projects, they're now looking to strengthen their in-house team with the addition of a Tekla Detailer / Draughtsperson.

About the Role:

This is a key position within a growing design and fabrication team. You'll be responsible for producing accurate and detailed Tekla drawings for a wide range of steelwork packages, supporting the smooth delivery of projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Need:

A minimum of 2 years' experience using Tekla Structures in a structural steel environment.

A sound understanding of steel fabrication and erection methods.

Ability to interpret and work from structural and architectural drawings.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple projects.

Confidence working both independently and collaboratively with project teams and external stakeholders.

Good communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.

A desire to contribute to a growing, close-knit team and deliver quality work every time.
