Are you a hands-on Technical Services Manager with a passion for precision and quality? In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the mechanical and electrical elements across a portfolio of high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects. From overseeing MEP design and coordination through to managing specialist subcontractors on site, you’ll ensure technical installations meet exacting standards. Requirements

*

Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager or MEP Manager role, ideally within high-end fit-out or refurbishment sectors (commercial, retail, or residential)

*

Deep knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to review drawings, challenge designs, and ensure seamless integration on site

*

Strong understanding of current building regulations, sustainability principles, and best practice installation methods

*

Excellent coordination and communication skills to work closely with designers, consultants, and subcontractors

*

A proactive, solutions-led approach with meticulous attention to quality and detail

*

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to attend multiple project sites
