We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build industrial project in Ipswich. This is an 8-month contract role, ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing similar industrial builds from start to finish.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience delivering new build industrial projects

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

*

Ability to manage health & safety, quality, and programme on site

*

Confident in client liaison and progress reporting

Role Overview:

Day-to-day management of site activities

*

Coordinating subcontractors and trades to ensure programme delivery

*

Monitoring quality, health & safety, and compliance

*

Reporting on progress to senior management and stakeholders
