About the role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion. This is a client-facing role where you’ll manage all aspects of delivery, ensuring schemes are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading project planning, programming and procurement activities.

Managing subcontractors and site teams to drive progress and maintain H&S standards.

Acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants and internal teams.

Overseeing financial performance including valuations, variations and reporting.
*
Resolving technical and delivery challenges, always seeking the best outcomes for the client.
Projects typically range between £500k to £5m, across a diverse portfolio of occupier-led and landlord schemes.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience managing commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects, ideally within the London market.
*
Strong technical knowledge of interior construction methods and sequencing.
*
Proven ability to manage programmes, costs and quality simultaneously.
*
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
*
Comfortable taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making on site.
*
SMSTS, CSCS and first aid qualifications are advantageous
