Mechanical Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor in the Mechanical sector to oversee a project in Hayes. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the site manager and ensuring the workload on site is smooth and functioning to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and a keen understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise site labour
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
– Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction
– Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Experience:
– Need to have a SSSTS / Site Manager CSCS
– Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the Mechanical sector and need to have strong knowledge/ experience with Welding and Pipe Fitting.
– Familiarity with quality control systems, processes and the ability to lead and motivate a team would be beneficial.
