Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re working with a consultancy that’s known for high standards, longstanding client relationships and a steady pipeline of private sector projects. They’re growing their London team and looking to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor who’s confident managing projects independently, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior staff along the way.

You’ll be working on high-quality residential and commercial schemes, a mixture of refurb, fit-out and new build, from early design stages through to completion.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading on cost plans, tenders, and procurement
Contract administration and cost control across live projects
Client-facing delivery and relationship management
Supporting junior team members with technical development
Involvement in new business opportunities and project wins What they’re looking for:

6–10 years’ consultancy experience
Strong understanding of JCT contracts
MRICS preferred, or working towards with relevant experience
Confident managing private sector projects independently
Comfortable using CostX and Excel What’s on offer:

£60,000 – £75,000 salary (depending on experience)
