Hill McGlynn is proud to be working with a highly respected regional main contractor in the construction sector, currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support their senior leadership team at their head office in Tunbridge Wells.

The Role:

As the PA, you will provide proactive and high-level administrative and organisational support to the Directors and senior managers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities and helping to manage priorities across the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide dedicated PA support to the Managing Director and senior executives

* Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments

* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

* Arrange travel, accommodation, and event logistics

* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

* Support with internal communications and team coordination

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments on behalf of leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the construction or property sector

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail

* Professional and confident communicator, both written and verbal

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Able to work independently and handle competing priorities calmly and efficiently

* Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information
