Freelance Project Manager – Holiday Cover

Location: London, N16

Project: High-Rise Residential Scheme

Start Date: 21st July 2025

Duration: 3 weeks 

Rate: £350-£400 per day

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide holiday cover on a live high-rise construction project in London, starting Monday 21st July. You'll step into a well-established team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuity of leadership during the absence of the lead PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site operations and subcontractor coordination

Manage progress reporting, programme updates, and stakeholder communications

Ensure health & safety and quality standards are maintained

Support the site team with problem-solving and maintaining momentum on critical tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience managing large-scale residential or high-rise projects

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent communication and reporting ability

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
