Site Manager – Refurbishment & Small Works
£200/day + travel OR £55,000 salary + package

Our client is a specialist main contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment and new build projects across a variety of sectors — commercial, healthcare, education, ecclesiastical, leisure and residential. With typical project values up to £250k, they’re known for flexibility, fast delivery, and working on sites with real character.
Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now looking for a Site Manager with a strong trade background to join the team — with options for both freelance or permanent employment, depending on your preference.
The Role:

London Based Projects
*
Oversee all day-to-day site activities, managing trades, subcontractors, suppliers and health & safety
*
Deliver small works and refurb projects to high standards, on time and to budget
*
Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
*
Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient site
Requirements:
*
Experience managing small-scale refurbishment or fit-out projects (£50k–£250k)
*
Strong trade background
*
Comfortable working independently on fast-paced sites
*
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
*
Immediate availability preferred
