Senior Quantity Surveyor (Heavy Civils)

Freelance: £600 per day Umbrella / PAYE

Based: Norfolk (NR4)

A global civils and construction company who have been involved in some of the most prestigious projects in the UK are seeking a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major infrastructure contract. The suitable individual will take up a key role in procurement initially, and then focus on sub-contract management of key packages that will include the like of earthworks and structures, reporting into the Lead Commercial Manager.

Required Background:

* Ability to manage large, complex civils packages

* Strong Procurement Experience

* Strong NEC and major infrastructure experience (in the UK)

* Good client interfacing skills

* Degree qualified or Chartered

* Strong reporting and contract administration skills

* Structured career history
