Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

* Overseeing day-to-day responsive and planned maintenance operations across our social housing contract

* Ensuring efficient work scheduling and high-quality service delivery aligned with company standards

* Attending resident and client performance meetings, representing the business professionally

* Managing repair workflows, materials usage, and performance against key targets

* Conducting quality checks through site inspections, performance data, and customer feedback

* Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver results and maintain service excellence

* Managing employment levels and team resources to ensure optimal service delivery

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in responsive maintenance supervision, ideally within the social housing sector

* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle a busy workload

* Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

* A full UK driving licence

* SSSTS certification (minimum requirement)
