Multi Trader

We're proud to be working with a Kent-based specialist in commercial and domestic building maintenance and refurbishment who are looking for a Multi Trader to join their expanding team. With over 30 years’ collective experience, they serve various commercial clients across South East London, Kent and Sussex.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks across commercial, residential, and occasional social housing properties.

Typical tasks include:

* Installing counters, units, shelving, and partitions

* Ceilings, flooring, and partitioning

* Doors, skirting, architraves, stud walls, repairs

* Internal finishes, patch repairs, touch-ups

* Tap changes, leaks, small pipework repairs

* Small wall repairs, making good

* Wall and floor tiling repairs or small installs

* Fixtures, fittings, and general reactive work

What You'll Need:

* A Full UK Driver's Licence

* Must own your own van + tools

* CSCS Card

* Experience undertaking works within a commercial and residential setting

Package & Benefits:

* Rate of Pay: £180 per day

* Mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile

* Weekend work available (Paid at 20% of day rate)

* Parking costs covered

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday

* Flexible Working Hours

* 8-hour working day

Job Type: Temporary
