Site Manager

Keyman Personnel

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in groundworks and civils to oversee a new build residential project in Bury St Edmunds. This is a key position for a respected subcontractor delivering all groundwork packages on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for groundworks packages

*

Liaise with main contractor and client-side representatives

*

Ensure works are carried out in accordance with health & safety, quality, and programme requirements

*

Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials effectively

*

Maintain site records and produce regular progress reports

Requirements:

*

SMSTS – Essential

*

Gold CSCS Card/Black CSCS Card – Essential

*

Proven track record managing groundwork projects on residential or commercial sites

*

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

*

Full understanding of deep drainage, foundations, roads, and external works
