About the Role
As our QA Manager, you will lead and implement quality assurance procedures across all residential construction projects. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior management to ensure compliance with internal and external standards, while driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QA systems and processes across multiple sites.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure project compliance with building regulations, NHBC/LABC requirements, and internal quality standards.

Identify non-conformances, root causes, and corrective/preventative actions.
*
Collaborate with project and site managers to embed quality throughout each stage of the build process.
*
Produce and maintain accurate quality reports and documentation for internal use and client review.
*
Train and support site teams on QA best practices and company procedures.
*
Lead quality briefings and promote a “right first time” culture.
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as a QA Manager or Senior QA professional within residential construction.
*
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC/LABC standards, and construction QA/QC systems.
*
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
*
Ability to influence site teams and drive change.
*
Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or quality management (e.g., CIOB, NVQ, or equivalent).

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various project sites
