Building Surveyor needed.

An award-winning and growing consultancy based in the heart of London are now seeking a talented and motivated Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Building Surveyor to work in a small, collaborative environment with a varied and interesting portfolio of projects. (Commercial, Heritage and Residential)

Responsibilities for the Building Surveyor

Be part of a team on conducting detailed building surveys
Preparing reports on building conditions
Advising clients on building regulations, compliance, and maintenance.
Managing fit out & refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
Assisting with dilapidations, party wall matters, and other property-related disputes.
Providing expert advice on building pathology and defect analysis.What do you need?

MRICS is preferred – but a desire to become is accepted
BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
Exposure to Residential, Commercial or Heritage sectors
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
Ability to manage your own workload and work independently.This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a supportive team, offering a competitive salary (£45K – £55K) and a clear path for professional development – (Senior Building Surveyor within 12 months)
