What You’ll Do:

Assist in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for heritage and restoration projects

*

Analyse architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements

*

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations

*

Support senior estimators and commercial staff in bid preparation and tender submissions

*

Maintain and update estimating databases and historical cost information

*

Help ensure all costings reflect project risks, programme requirements, and materials typical of heritage work

What We’re Looking For:

*

Relevant estimating experience for a main contractor ideally within the stone/ heritage sector

*

Keen interest in heritage, restoration, or conservation-based construction

*

Analytical mind, attention to detail, and excellent numerical skills

*

Strong communication and a team-oriented attitude

*

Eagerness to learn and grow within a close-knit, experienced team
