An established civil engineering contractor is recruiting a proven Site Agent for a live project in Northampton.

The business carry out a number of schemes as part of frameworks throughout the UK and will self deliver the works whilst also utilising specialist sub contractors when required.

We’re looking for a proactive Site Agent with strong highways experience who can take ownership of the work on site. You’ll be responsible for looking ahead, planning upcoming activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely and on programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on coordination, attention to detail, and forward-thinking site management.

Duties will include:

* Writing risk assessments and method statements

* Working with the commercial team to manage change and EWN

* Overall responsibility of health and safety

* Managing design and quality of the project

* Ensuring the project meets deadlines by managing the programme
