About the Role:

The company are a leading developer of purpose-built residential accommodation, proudly delivering over £250 million worth of high-quality projects across the Northwest. With 10+ years of success in new-build residential construction, they are now expanding into the London market.

As part of their national growth strategy, they are excited to launch a major office-to-residential conversion project in the Camden area, turning 15 unoccupied office units into 115 high-specification apartments for private sale.

Our client is looking for a proactive, technically strong Project Manager with experience in complex conversions. You should have a solid background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work within a wider team. We’re looking for creativity, drive, and a hands-on attitude to help shape and push the project forward. Developer-only experience isn't the right fit for this role.

Requirements:

* Technically capable with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

* Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environments.

* Leadership ability without losing sight of the team dynamic.

* Comfortable implementing new systems and processes on a live site.

* Developer-only experience not preferred.

Essential Skills & Certifications:

* Proven delivery of similar scale residential or mixed-use projects.

* ASTA Powerproject – proficient

* Strong report writing and Microsoft Excel skills

* CSCS Card (appropriate level)

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work

* Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) certification – Desirable
