Are you an experienced L&D professional with a passion for developing frontline teams in a trade or construction environment? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading property maintenance company for an L&D Business Partner to design and deliver impactful, hands-on learning across their operational workforce.

What you’ll be doing:
* Designing and delivering practical training programmes for trade operatives, supervisors and operational leaders
* Leading on compliance and safety training (toolbox talks, inductions, behavioural safety)
* Supporting career development pathways for site-based teams including trainees and apprentices
* Managing external learning providers and securing funding (including through CITB and other partners)
* Enhancing digital learning content and improving engagement with L&D initiatives
* Collaborating with operational and health & safety teams to align training with business needs
* Contributing to wider people development projects across the organisation
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in learning & development within a trade, construction, or property services environment
* Confidence in training design and facilitation, particularly for hands-on and compliance-focused topics
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Awareness of health & safety, regulatory frameworks and operational risks
* Experience working with CITB funding and apprenticeship pathways is highly desirable
* A proactive, organised and improvement-focused mindset

Location
North Bristol (hybrid working two days in the office, one day travelling to different company sites – Nationwide and two days from home).
