Pre Construction Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Construction Coordinator to support our project teams during the planning and pre-construction phases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in document control and be proficient in using Procore to manage and streamline pre-construction workflows. This role will ensure accurate and timely distribution, tracking, and archiving of all construction-related documentation to maintain compliance and enhance collaboration across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all pre-construction documents, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and contracts.

Utilize Procore for document management, version control, and workflow routing across project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
*
Ensure all project documents are current, properly organized, and accessible to internal and external stakeholders.

Assist project managers and estimators during the bid phase by distributing bid packages, tracking addenda, and organizing proposal responses.

Coordinate and track RFI submissions and responses in Procore during pre-construction.
*
Support in scheduling meetings, distributing agendas, and maintaining accurate records of discussions and action items.

Assist with permit applications and follow-up documentation as required by municipalities.
*
Monitor document compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide training and support on Procore document control functions to team members and subcontractors as needed.
Qualifications:
*
2–5 years of experience in document control, construction administration, or pre-construction support.
*
Strong proficiency in Procore (document management module required; additional modules a plus).
*
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and standard construction terminology.
*
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
*
Experience working with general contractors or subcontractors in a pre-construction or project coordination role.
*
Knowledge of additional software tools such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or SharePoint.

Understanding of permitting processes and construction compliance documentation
