Site Manager

Time 4 Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Temporary Site Manager for a 3 month project just outside Weston- Super- Mare, starting August 2025

As Site Manager you will be working for a well-established and highly reputable civil engineer and buildings contractor. Our client delivers Turnkey Civil Engineering and Commercial or Industrial Building projects and specialises in the delivery of groundworks and plant packages.

This is a temporary site manager role to start August 2025 for up to 6 months’ work but could continue for the long term for the right candidate.

As site manager you will be responsible for seeing the project from the very start to completion. This project involves the groundworks package and then construction of 3 starter units – small industrial/ commercial buildings designed for local businesses needing space for operations, storage light manufacturing.

Essential Requirements:

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First aid

* Excellent knowledge of both Civils and Construction Projects.

Key responsibilities:

* Overall supervision of all groundworks package and construction of starter units

* Manage sub contactors to prioritise work

* Liaising with sub-contractors

* Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance throughout the Site.

* Ensure the Site team adhere to the quality of work to meets the clients’ demands.

* Previous Site Manager with 2 years plus experience.

* You MUST be able to demonstrate a proven track record with previous employers confirming length of service and continuity of employment.

* Live within commutable distance of Weston- Super-Mare

Benefits:

* Temporary role – could continue long

* £250 to £260 per day

* 3 months’ work but could continue for the right candidate.
