About the Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take full control of site operations – overseeing project delivery from the ground up, guiding your team through every stage, and ensuring the highest standards are met at every turn.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating a team that includes assistant managers, subcontractors, and section leads
Taking ownership of all on-site activity, from logistics to health and safety compliance
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
Ensuring work is delivered to a meticulous standard, on time and within scope
Delegating responsibilities appropriately, while supporting and developing your team
Keeping communication clear, consistent, and aligned with project goals
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident, experienced leader who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering world-class construction projects. You’ll have a solid background in high-end residential or luxury refurbishment work and understand the attention to detail these projects demand.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Proven experience managing high-spec construction projects

The ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and documents

Familiarity with construction contracts and health and safety legislation
